The Opportunity
Channel Operations Team handles All New Partner Onboarding, Deal Registration Approvals, troubleshooting Partner Issues working internally with Sales Force as well as externally with Zift and Vartopia Systems.
Assisting all our External and internal stakeholders with opportunity management, Daily and Weekly reports on Pipeline/Booking management, Creating and upgrading Dashboards.
Working Closely with Internal Stake Holders – Sales and Channel Leads working across different programs to Streamline overall Partner Experience with Nutanix.
About the Team
The Channel Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Channel Operations Team collaborated with Channel Field and Programs Team, which operates within the Worldwide Deal Support and Order Management organization under Revenue Operations at Nutanix. Based in Bangalore, the team is dedicated to supporting Nutanix's sales teams by facilitating efficient and effective operations across various processes. The culture is collaborative and dynamic, focused on cross-functional teamwork to ensure streamlined communication and problem-solving between multiple stakeholders, including Deal Desk, Bid Management, and Product Managers. The team's mission is to enhance overall sales efficiency by providing critical support and structured processes that empower sales professionals to succeed in meeting their targets.
You will report to the Manager of Channel Operations, who values open communication and a supportive team environment. The manager encourages a culture of learning and collaboration, where team members are empowered to contribute ideas and take initiative. The role is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office 3 days each week while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely on other days, fostering a balance that promotes productivity and job satisfaction.
This role does not require any travel, allowing you to focus on your partner support duties and operational responsibilities from your hybrid work setup without the need for frequent business trips.
Your Role
This individual as daily activity would be working with Channel reps, Partners with Enrollment and Onboarding process, Providing Support with Deal Registrations and Opportunities – Vartopia and Sales Force.
Assistance in resolving Queries/Cases Worldwide – Internal/External – Fast Track.
Partner Application Management (Creating and managing Accounts with Legal
agreements, Enable Access to Internal Tools as Zift, Vartopia etc)
Deal Registration (Decide with Sales Teams to Approve/Deny/Return) and Opportunity
management worldwide)
Support partner helpdesk for all partner related queries (i.e. on-boarding, Access Issues,
Agreements, etc.,)
Work on process enhancements, improve current systems and processes to increase
efficiency.
Maintaining Deal Registration Approval workflow and assignment rules worldwide thus
ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with vendor requirements.
pre close and month end closing processes, prepares daily and reporting within Channel
Sourced, Channel Bookings etc
Deliver reports to management on Various Operational trends and how to maximize those
trends by altering Existing procedures.
cleanup in SFDC on Accounts, Registrations and Opportunity Objects worldwide
Channel Accounts & Contact management and various project support as per business needs
Train and guide our team of Junior Analysts.
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a Partner/Channel Operations environment.
- Proficiency in database management and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce and Partner Portal tools, such as Zift/Relayware.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with global teams and navigate complex processes.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in partner onboarding and deal registration processes.
- Knowledge of process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Presentation Skills will be an added advantage.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
